I design and ship Flutter apps on Appwrite and Firebase, with payment integrations and store releases across Android, iOS, and the web. My background is in machine learning research.

02Engineering & leadership
I set the technical direction and work in the codebase. The same process carries every product from discovery to a store release.
Gather requirements with stakeholders and turn business objectives into a technical roadmap.
Structure the app into clear layers with Clean Architecture, SOLID, dependency injection, and BLoC.
Build a single Flutter/Dart codebase for Android, iOS, and the web on an Appwrite or Firebase backend.
Connect REST APIs, Stripe payments, deep links, and push and local notifications.
Protect quality with tests, code reviews, and continuous integration.
Ship to the App Store and Google Play: versioning, provisioning, and store compliance.
Maintain published apps and tie each next iteration to business goals.
The Flutter work follows Clean Architecture, and dependencies point inward. This is the general pattern, not a diagram of any single product.
Set the technical vision, product roadmap, and engineering strategy for all of Next Octet’s software.
Recruit, mentor, and lead engineers, and coordinate developers, designers, and stakeholders.
Set coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and architecture practices the team works to.
Design the architecture and build the integrations myself: Appwrite backends, payment gateways, and store releases.

Designed and built autonomous and semi-autonomous robots: an obstacle-avoiding robot, a Bluetooth robot with its own mobile app, a line-tracking robot, and an automatic lockbox.
04Background & research
I came to software through physics, robotics, and telecommunications, then did graduate research in machine learning for healthcare before moving into production engineering.
At Mohammed V University I contributed to a predictive prognosis system for personalized breast cancer treatment follow-up in Morocco, applying TensorFlow and Scikit-learn to clinical data. My doctoral research was on a machine learning-based recommender system for personalized treatment.
